The Lego games have always had a crazy amount of collectibles, and Lego City Undercover: The Chase Begins is no exception. Red Bricks have been a constant in the Lego games, and they make an appearance here as well. Red Bricks are basically collectible cheat codes, ranging from stud multipliers to vehicle modifications. Find one, and it will be made available at the police station. Buy it, and you can activate that bonus.

Each of the game’s zones has several to find, and they can be quite tricky to track down. Fortunately, we’re pretty big mega-Lego-maniacs (zing!) here. We’ve found every Red Brick so you don’t have to. Have a brick bonus on us!

Cherry Tree Hills

Red Brick #1: Stud Multiplier x2 Atop the train station is a fuse box. Use the Construction costume to repair it, and a small cart holding your first Red Brick will roll onto the train tracks below.

Red Brick #2: Cherry Tree Hills Race Event The train tracks ends very close to the police station, and there’s a spot to build a Super Jump found there. Build it, and drive a vehicle over it at top speed to snatch another Red Brick out of the air.

Red Brick #3: Police Whistle Across the street from the train station is a large building. Scale it to find a boarded door on the roof. Bust it open with the Fireman costume to find a Red Brick inside.

Albatross Island

Red Brick #1: Big Heads In the north yard (where you fought Slick’s gang) is a spot to place dynamite. Switch to the Miner costume and do so, and follow the newly opened path to find a Red Brick tucked behind the building.

Red Brick #2: Regenerate Hearts In the central cell block (the area connected the helipad), you’ll find a boarded door on the middle floor. Use the Fireman costume to break through to the Red Brick on the other side.

Auburn

Red Brick #1: Stud Multiplier x4 Down by the docks is this blue storage unit. Put out the flames with the Fireman costume to reach the Red Brick beyond.

Red Brick #2: Clown Car Horn This is can be found in the middle of town. Look for a large, red brick building (yes, there are normal bricks in a Lego game). You’ll find it on the easily accessible roof.

Red Brick #3: Auburn Race Event You’ll have to go back to the docks for this one. In the center pier is a build spot. Spend the Super Bricks to build a Super Jump, and drive a vehicle over it at top speed. You’ll be launched into the air and collect the Red Brick above.

Fort Meadows

Red Brick #1: Super Brick Vacuum Return to the part of the fort where you fought the level’s boss to find a space block. Use the Astronaut costume to open it, and you’ll be rewarded with crate. Bust it open to discover another Red Brick.

Red Brick #2: Fort Meadows Race Event Just before exiting the area to Bluebell Woods, there’s a Super Jump build spot. You know the drill: build the jump, get a vehicle, and hit the jump at top speed to grab another high altitude Red Brick.

Red Brick #3: Extra Vehicle Heart Head to the farm where you did most of the level’s missions. You can bust up a yellow barrel near one of the buildings to reveal a jetpack spot. Use the Astronaut costume to launch yourself onto the roof. Now bust up the antenna up here to reveal a Red Brick.

Apollo Island

Red Brick #1: Stud Multiplier x6 Near the lab where you fought this level’s boss is a build spot for a control tower. Do so, and a grapple spot will appear. Use your regular costume to grapple atop the tower to find this Red Brick on top.

Red Brick #2: Stud Magnet You have to scale most of the launch pad during the story missions anyway, but you can return and reach the very top to find another Red Brick.

Red Brick #3: Apollo Island Race Event In the swampy area is a Super Jump ready to be built. Do so, and drive a vehicle over it at top speed to grab another Red Brick.

Bluebell Woods

Red Brick #1: Stud Multiplier x8 Near the dam is a locked door. Bust up the dumpsters nearby to find the key, and enter the small building. Inside, repair the fuse box with the Construction costume to activate two nearby teleportation pads. Use the Astronaut costume on them to reach a Red Brick on the roof.

Red Brick #2: Bluebell Woods Race Event Near the bride in the middle of the map is a Super Jump you can build. Do so, grab a vehicle, and hit the jump at top speed to grab another Red Brick out of the air.

Red Brick #3: Extra Character Heart On the opposite side of the dam from Red Brick #1 is a boarded door. Bust through with the Fireman costume to get the Red Brick on the other side.

Downtown

Red Brick #1: Stud Multiplier x10 Along the water, there is a spot where you can build a ferris wheel. Across the street from this spot is a long building. To scale the building, smash the dumpster seen in the screenshot to reveal a jetpack spot. Use the Astronaut costume to start your ascent. At the top, use the Farmer costume to chicken jump to this elusive Red Brick.

Red Brick #2: Downtown Race Event 1 You can build a Super Jump near the hospital. Do it, and grab a vehicle. Hit the ramp at top speed to grab another Red Brick.

Red Brick #3: Downtown Race Event 2 There is a second Super Jump that can be built near the construction site. Build it, ride a vehicle over it at top speed, and enjoy your shiny new Red Brick.

Red Brick #4: Treasure Hunter In one corner of the map is a large red and blue spiral slide. Run to its top to find the game’s final Red Brick.
