This is a countdown to the Evil Dead remake, which is released today (18 April) but we’re only on Y. But when we started this A-Z the film was going to be released tomorrow (19 April) as you’ll see if you look back at some of the earlier entries. Another name for the living dead or “undead”. To be pedantic, Evil Dead features demons, not zombies. Thus a good pub argument (or it’s 21st century equivalent, the forum feud) is “Are the Evil Dead films zombie films?”
