It’s no surprise that a cast that includes the likes of Johnson and Hart aren’t letting a downpour get in the way of having a good time on set, and those good vibes extend to Karen Gillan and Jack Black. Here’s hoping the movie is just as fun as these videos.  

Directed by Jake Kasdan and starring Dwayne Johnson, Karen Gillan, Jack Black, Nick Jonas, and Kevin Hart, Jumanji will be released in cinemas on July 28, 2017.

The caption in Johnson’s photo also reveals some fun character names, the best of which is reserved for The Rock himself – Dr Smolder Bravestone. I see what you did there Dwayne…

The photo has already attracted a little bit of backlash due to Gillan’s scantily clad character, but Johnson assures us that “her jungle wardrobe will make sense when you know the plot”. For now then, in the Rock we trust.
